SHIPPING TIME

We provide free shipping to all countries available (EU, Canada & USA). You will receive a tracking code in your email when your order has been shipped out from one of our warehouses worldwide. The warehouse location depends on your country. Please rest assured, taxes and duties are already covered and paid by TRNDSTTR™. During peak times, fulfilling orders can take a couple of days. *Custom clearances may affect shipping delays in some orders / we are experiencing a high volume of orders which may cause a slight delay in fulfillment time.

REFUNDS & RETURNS / SWAP ITEM(S)

You can return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving them. If you would like to swap your item, we ask you to return the product and place a new order. Items can be returned if the product matches the product on our store. They must be returned in original condition, unused and undamaged. We reserve the right to decline any returns if they do not match our return policy. A return must be shipped with Track & Trace. The sender is always responsible for the shipment and shipment costs.

How to return?

Notify us at trndsttr.hq@gmail.com or through our Contact page to get the return address. Print your order confirmation or write your order number on a paper and add it. Send with your local carrier to our return address. Our return address will be provided upon contacting us.

CANCELLING ORDER / WRONG ADDRESS

Orders can only be cancelled or changed within 5 hours of ordering. We cannot extend this due to the automatic processing with our supplier. Please send an email as soon as possible to trndsttr.hq@gmail.com.

TAXES / DUTIES

Please rest assured, taxes and duties are already covered and paid by TRNDSTTR™.
